Thank you for visiting Hong Kong Wendy Maternity Wear Wholesale. We have 26 years experience for manufacture, retail, wholesale, and fashion design on Maternity wears.

All wholesale prices will depend on the material, QTY, and location for delivery. First, the customers provide us or order the design for the maternity wears style. After we get the design and the material you choose for the clothes, then we can give you the price for the QTY you order and the shipping and handling.

For example: You want the design for the casual dress (Casual Linen Vest) and you order the design from us. The design fees are $25.00 each style, then you wants to use cotton for the material, and then add the invisible zipper and the pocket on both side. The material will be cotton for 48" (M size) long $8 (price for 10 orders) plus $4 for the zipper and the pocket. Then we will need to add the labor fees $5 each. (The price is just an example and not the real price) The dress is shipping to Canada and the shipping and handling will be $2.00 for each. So that, the total for the dress will be $25.00+ ($8.00+$4.00+$5.00+$2.00S/H)x10pcs = $215.00

But if you provide us the material or the design, then we will only charge the subcontract fees. Which only the labor and the shipping and handling ($5.00+$2.00) x10pcs = $70.00

Also, we will send you the sample for the product you order, before ship out all of them. (No shipping and handling fees need for the sample.) Each style you order from us will have the Fashion plate and tailor clipping to send with the order, if you design the products from us.

We will have the formal contract send to you for all the detail information before you place the order. Please sign the contract and fax us back.

Design

All customers who order the fashion design from us will own those design. We will not use the same design to sale to other customers. Therefore, you can order 20 design and just order from us on one design. That is not the problem, and you will keep all 19 designs for your records. (However, this will not include the pants or the shirts design)

Payment
All the designs fees and the sample fees will need to pay in full amount before we ship out the products. We accept paypal payment or bank transfer money and the TT advance.

All orders total less than 50pcs:
All orders total less than 50pcs will need to pay in full amount of the total include the shipping and handling no later than 15 days after place the orders.

All orders total more than 50pcs:
All orders total more than 50pcs will need to pay 2/3 of the total amount no later than 15 days after you place the order. You will need to pay the amount on the same day we ship out the products.

Shipping and handling:

All the orders will have the detail information about the shipping date, when we ship out, when will it arrive, and where to pick up or what time arrive to the address you provide to us. We will have the employees to check all the products before ship to you. If there are any demage on the products due to the shipping or the mistake, you can send us back and we will exchange the new one for you. No products exchange 30days after the date you pick up. No exchange on all the products if the package is opened or the products is demage due to the used.

*All fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI, local & state authorities
and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We will be serious for the fraudulent orders. We will be sure to send all the detail information about the fraudulent orders to the local police, bank, government to report for lost record.
