Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling charge shown on item page is for single item
purchase only. For multiple-items order, shipping & handling charge
will be calculated by total weight shown on Shopping Cart System page.
Payment Info
We accept Paypal for most of the country on the sample and design fees.
For international order with cannot pay by Paypal, please contact us
for more information. All the wholesale orders can only pay by bank
transfer or T T in advance.
PayPal Payment & Billing Information:
1) Billing address must be same as the billing address register with
the PayPal & where their bills are sent.
2) All PayPal orders can only be shipped to the billing address in
record on the PayPal account.
3)Customer must input current phone number can be reached, and the
e-mail that we can contact for the update of orders.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All sample orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is
contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving your order,
some item require additional time before ship out, depending on the
size, weight, distance and location ( more than 20 fashion designs,
more than 10 samples, etc…) . No orders are processed or shipped on
Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made
to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will
receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain
on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged
$5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing
your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All orders in credit card/order process, packaging or waiting to be
ship out will mark your order as "On-Hold" in the order status.
You will receive a confirmation email with detail information on the
status of your order
No return or refund on the design, and the sample can only refund or
exchange due to the shipping demage with the unopen package.All items
must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and,
with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All sample
fees and the design fees can be refund after you make the wholesale

cost is not refundable.
*All fraudulent orders
will be reported to the FBI, local & state authorities
and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We will be
serious for the fraudulent orders. We will be sure to send all the detail
information about the fraudulent orders to the local police, bank, government
to report for lost record.
