Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped on time for your require Shipping method. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail or phone.

Return Policy
All Return items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

For all products sold please test product for factory defects prior to wash. Once attempts of washing have been made, all products are not returnable.

All return items can be return within 30 days from the invoice date subject to a 20% to 100% restocking fee, depends on the condition of the returned item.

Only company defects item can be exchanges for the same item within 30 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee.

You are responsible for you own shipping cost on all return items.

All returns for credit or exchange must be complete and unopened in the factory sealed product box.

Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA number are only good for 12 days from the day of issue.

NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
Some of the products need extra care and cannot use the machine wash or need to dry clean. Please read the label carefully. We do not responds on any used or washed clothes.
